You own the land. You share in what it produces.

A Homestead at The Ranch isn't just a house on a lot. Homeowners share in the working farm, the water and food systems, and the cabins planned on the property - real assets that produce income and independence.

What ownership means here

The land itself

1 to 12 acres, titled to you - real acreage in one of the best-positioned corners of North Texas.

A share in the Shared Farm

Real food, produced on the land you live on, by our dedicated ranch and farm crew - a food and water system that keeps working when other systems don't.

A share in the cabins

Cabins are tentatively planned on the Shared Farm property. They are not guaranteed — the Stewardship Council will decide on them in the future. If approved, they would help offset costs and let more people experience what the Ranch is building. Owners would share in any short-stay income they generate.

Grazing lease

Some lots are already pre-leased to the Shared Farm for rotational grazing. Other lot owners may opt in later — quiet income from land you already own, managed by the farm crew.

The long view

Assets that produce, not just appreciate.

Most real estate is a place to sleep and a bet on price. A Homestead here does that, and also puts food on your table, water in your line, and modest passive upside in your household - real assets that keep working.
